Since 2018, Tammy Roth and I have been students of a particular kind of listening.

Family Constellation work does not begin with answers. It begins with attention — to what lingers beneath a story, to what belongs not only to us but to those who came before us. Over the years, we have returned to this work again and again, not because it is dramatic, but because it is precise. It reveals what is hidden in plain sight.

We have both found it to be the most quietly transformative work we’ve ever encountered.

Now we are ready to begin something new: a small, steady community in Nashville devoted to this practice.

Each month, we will gather for a single day. From 10 in the morning until late afternoon, we will enter the careful architecture of constellation work — four full group constellations, woven together with guided exercises that invite awareness, release, and a subtle reordering of the inner landscape.

There is something remarkable about watching a system reveal itself. A family story that once felt tangled begins to show its shape. A long-held burden shifts. A person stands a little differently in their own life.

Each month, four individuals will have the opportunity to bring forward a personal constellation — a question, a pattern, a place where life feels stuck or unfinished. These facilitated constellations are $200.

Twelve additional participants will serve as representatives within the constellations and engage in the experiential exercises. The role of representative is often as transformative as bringing one’s own issue. These spaces are $50.

Our first gathering will be April 19, from 10 AM to 5 PM, in Nashville (location forthcoming). We will also meet May 17 from 10 AM to 5 PM.
